Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to make cancellations as smooth as possible while balancing the integrity of our made-to-order process. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
By placing an order with Valesi and by initiating or requesting a cancellation, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consented to this Cancellation Policy, along with our [Returns & Refunds Policy], [Terms & Conditions], and all other legal disclaimers published on our website.
Standard Orders
We understand that plans can change, so you may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund.
Upon completion of 24 hours of placing an order, cancellations will not be possible if your order reaches the processing or dispatch stage, as once an order is received, we work swiftly to prepare and ship the same without delay.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Measure/Custom Orders
Because pre-orders and custom/made-to-measure items are specially crafted for you, cancellations are accepted only within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins right away.
If a cancellation request is made after this window and is approved at our discretion, a processing fee will be applicable to cover material and labour costs already incurred.
Once production has progressed or the order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted. At that stage, the order will instead be governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation request has been approved, you may choose to receive your refund either to your original payment method or as Valesi Store Credits (redeemable against future purchases).
Refunds to the original payment method are generally processed within 12-14 business days, though the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing cycles. Store Credits, where opted for, are typically reflected within 3–5 business days. All refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Order Cancellations by Valesi
At Valesi, we strive to fulfil every order with care and commitment. However, there may be rare occasions where an order cannot be processed or completed, for instance, if an item becomes unavailable, if there are unforeseen payment or verification issues, if a pricing or product detail was listed incorrectly, or if the item does not pass our final quality review.
Should this occur, we will inform you promptly and arrange for a full refund to your original payment method.
