Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Valesi, we take pride in ensuring every order is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and dispatched with the aim of reaching you in perfect condition. This Policy sets out how your orders are processed, the timelines you can expect, and the respective responsibilities of both Valesi and you, our customer.

Please note that this Policy should be read together with our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy and our Terms & Conditions, as initiating or accepting a delivery implies consent to those terms as well.

Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping (where available): For selected pin codes in Delhi NCR, we may be able to provide same-day delivery (within 24 hours of dispatch) or delivery within 1–2 business days. Availability depends on courier serviceability, cut-off times, and operational capacity.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on:

  • Accuracy of shipping details provided;

  • Size/volume of the order;

  • Courier partner serviceability;

  • Valesi shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, governmental actions, courier disruptions, or other force majeure circumstances; any remedies remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

National and public holidays are excluded from these timelines.

Order Processing & Packaging

Every order is carefully quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

Orders are shipped only through trusted courier and logistics partners selected by Valesi for reliability, coverage, and efficiency.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details to follow your delivery in real time.

For operational reasons, multiple items within the same order may be shipped separately, with tracking provided for each package.

Please note that Valesi is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the courier. We will, however, extend reasonable support in tracking and resolving delivery issues. Any remedies or claims in such cases remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged Deliveries: While every package is dispatched in mint condition, rare instances beyond our control may cause damage in transit. If this occurs, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy, please take clear photographs of the package and item at the time of receipt and share them with us. This helps us verify the issue and assist you promptly with the appropriate resolution.

Courier Partners

  • Valesi ships exclusively through carefully selected, reputed courier and logistics providers to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your orders.

  • The choice of courier partner is made solely by Valesi at the time of dispatch, based on serviceability, efficiency, and delivery timelines for your location.

  • Courier partners are independent third parties. While we work only with trusted providers, Valesi cannot be held responsible for delays, handling issues, or disruptions once a package is in their possession.

  • Any courier-related concerns and their remedies are subject to our Terms & Conditions and the Returns & Refunds Policy, as described therein.

 Transfer of Risk, Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership (title) of the products transfers to you only upon full payment and successful delivery.

  • Please ensure that the shipping details provided are accurate and complete. Valesi will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information, and any remedies remain subject to our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.

  • All intellectual property rights in Valesi’s products, packaging, designs, logos, brand names, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Valesi. Purchase of a product does not grant or transfer any right, title, or license in Valesi’s intellectual property, other than the right to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including reproduction, resale, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent and approval of Valesi.


Failed Delivery Attempts

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to unavailability, refusal to accept, or incorrect address details, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the package to us.

  • Valesi endeavours to deliver all products within the stipulated timelines mentioned at the time of purchase; however, these timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Failure by Valesi to deliver within the estimated period shall not constitute grounds for contract repudiation. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery, Valesi reserves the right, at its discretion, to charge you for any additional shipping or re-delivery costs incurred.
